    CubeSmart is currently hiring a Program Manager, Financial Systems to join our Information Technology team at our headquarters in Malvern, PA. The Program Manager, Financial Systems oversees the financial systems needs of the organization.

    Responsibilities

    The Program Manager, Financial Systems oversees the financial systems needs of the organization. This includes both day-to-day support and administration of our billing, accounting and financial reporting systems to partnering with business stakeholders to design and execute a product roadmap that meets the organization’s strategic priorities and aligns CubeSmart with industry best practices and tools.

     

    Leadership and Strategic Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with other IT leaders to define overall financial systems strategy and ensure architectural standards are met.
    • Lead initiatives to increase overall Dynamics GP functionality, reduce costs, and evolve existing tools and capabilities
    • Maintain open communications and partnerships with our financial team and others throughout the business to ensure that teammates across the organizations have their needs met
    • Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
    • Manage strategic vendor partnerships to evaluate solutions, maintain support agreements, and negotiate pricing

    Technical Responsibilities:

    • Strong ERP knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics – Great Plains
    • Nexus Accounts Payable Solution
    • OneStream reporting system
    • Cloud technologies including AWS and Azure solutions
    • Qlikview or other BI reporting tools

    Qualifications

    Minimum Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or better, with specialization in technology or business.
    • 8+ years of experience in Financial Systems Management, including the administration of Microsoft Dynamics – Great Plains.
    • Experience managing ERP upgrades and projects.
    • Experience managing change and ensuring rigorous testing standards in compliance with publicly traded organizational & financial requirements.

    • Demonstrable relationship-building skills with teammates at all levels and competencies.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
    • Strong communication skills – able to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
    • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities - willingness to dive deep to solve problems.
    • Experience in working effectively with external vendors and customers.
    • Familiarity with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including agile.
    • Solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles
    • Experience managing budgets and change management processes and controls.
    • Travel up to 15% of the time may be required.
    • Willingness to be available to respond to stakeholder issues after hours or on weekends, as needed.
